Notice of Intended Marriage
By law, Notice of Intended Marriage needs to be completed and received by your celebrant one month prior to your wedding and accompanied by:
- Proof of birth for both parties
- If relevant, Divorce papers showing divorce date for divorced persons
- If relevant, Death Certificate showing Date of Death of previous spouse, if widowed.
- Download a printable copy of Our Mary Burns Notice of Intended Marriage.
The return of Notice of Intended Marriage accompanied by a booking fee will secure the date and time you request, the remainder due 2 weeks prior to the wedding.
